Job summary

Zero Point, Incorporated is seeking a Master Trainer for the Operation & Sustainment Support Team in North Carolina. The role focuses on providing subject matter expertise in SOF tactical communications and ECM systems from the Southern Pines office, requiring strong instructional ability and fielding experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two+ years of experience delivering instructional courses in communications systems.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of military ECM systems and communications systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise to identify faults and perform corrective actions to repair ECM systems to Direct Support level.
• Support the integration and fielding of ECM and communications solutions within CONUS and overseas.
• Provide ECM/communications SME support to test efforts for capability, compatibility or interoperability with Government agencies.
• Inspect and test returned ECM material and determine operability, repair needs or economical viability.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by executive management.
• Conduct administrative tasks to support Government contracts and Zero Point’s objectives.
• Uphold ethics, judgment, planning, professionalism and dependability.
• Provide telecom/electronics expertise in the integration, training, fielding and operation of ECM equipment.
