Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior SOF Cyberspace Operations Specialist to provide doctrine formulation, policy guidance, and acquisition oversight for ARSOF cyber capabilities at Fort Bragg. You will craft CRCs, coordinate with USASOC and USSOCOM, and drive fielding of SDR/OCE/EW/UAS elements.

The role demands deep OCO expertise, DoD process familiarity, and veteran-level staff coordination to deliver multi-domain capabilities for SOF operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cyber Security, Information Systems, Defense Analysis, Strategic Studies, or related field; extensive relevant operational experience may substitute.
• 10+ years of enterprise/cybersecurity-focused experience.
• Domain SME in Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) methodologies and mission sets.
• Deep SOF awareness of ARSOF operations and cyber/EW integration.
• Experience with DoD capability development processes (JCIDS) and USSOCOM directives.
• Strong technical writing and executive briefing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Author, evaluate, and update Cyberspace Operations doctrine and directives.
• Develop ARSOF Warfighting Concepts, CRCs, and topic papers.
• Coordinate with USASOC, USSOCOM, and senior staff to align doctrine and force design.
• Oversee lifecycle management of SOF cyber systems from concept to fielding.
• Produce acquisition documentation, requirements packages, and operational fielding plans.
• Develop TTPs, manuals, and operator training for new SOF cyber equipment.
