Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Senior SOF Cyberspace Operations Specialist to provide high-level doctrine, policy, and acquisition support for ARSOF cyberspace operations. You will shape warfighting concepts, CRC estimates, and DOTMLPF-P integration while coordinating with senior DoD echelons.

The role combines OCO expertise with defense acquisition and capability development, ensuring fielded cyber/electronic warfare tools meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cyber Security, Information Systems, Defense Analysis, Strategic Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise/cybersecurity experience.
• DoDM 8140 qualification: primary/alternate role (DCWF 752/641).
• Expert knowledge of Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
• Strong SOF operational awareness and staff coordination abilities.
• Experience with DoD acquisition/JCIDS/USSOCOM directives.
• Excellent technical writing and executive briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Author, evaluate, and update Cyberspace Operations doctrine and SOPs.
• Drive ARSOF Warfighting Concepts and CRC development.
• Coordinate with SWCS IW Proponent, USASOC G9, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct post-mission analyses and codify lessons learned.
• Review joint/Army/USSOCOM concepts and provide formal comment resolutions.
• Formulate CRC estimates, gap analysis, and DOTMLPF-P changes.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle for SOF cyber systems and fielding.
• Develop TTPs, manuals, user guidance, and operator training.
