Job summary

CACI is seeking a Cyber Operations Integrator (COI) to provide expertise and integration of cyber operations to support ARSOF SAMMC. You will conduct cyber intelligence analysis, target development, and vulnerability assessments supporting offensive and defensive cyber operations.

The COI will coordinate with national partners, advise on ROE and authorities, and help develop training and procedures for cyber domain capabilities to enhance ARSOF effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to submit to polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of military or IC compartmented experience or 10+ years specialized experience.
• Proven experience in technical cyber capabilities.
• Familiar with Cyber Subordinate Headquarters, Cyber Mission Teams (CMT), National Mission Teams (NMT), Combat Support Teams (CST), National Support Teams (NST), and Cyber Protection Teams (CPT).
• Ability to advise on bridging infrastructure between CYBER and SOCOM entities and integrate new systems with existing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Cyber Operations Integrator and technical advisor.
• Identify, develop, and prioritize cyberspace operations requirements and governing directives.
• Review Joint Cyber capabilities and assist in training, manning, and employment cycles.
• Draft and quality check Cyber Domain training plans, CONEMPs, MICONs and CONOPs.
• Coordinate CSU initiatives with Intelligence Community and USCYBERCOM.
• Identify and participate in Cyber initiatives across Communities of Interest.
• Use intelligence tools for analytical support to identify space-focused opportunities for CSU.
• Monitor and track requirements documentation actions.
• Implement efficient data management processes ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Solicit, analyze, document, and facilitate prioritization of analyst needs.
• Provide real-time updates of collection requirements through existing databases.
• Integrate cyber effects with other warfighting functions to achieve commander's objectives.
