The designer will partner with Merchandising, Development, Marketing, and Production to ensure clear communication of features and design intent while meeting GTM timelines and calendar milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field required.
• 5-7 years’ experience designing socks, preferably circular knit.
• Proven track record working with wholesale and direct channels.
• Strong graphic and print design background.
• Portfolio showing knitting innovation and consumer-focused product design.

Responsibilities

• Balance creative vision with volume drivers to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead design process from concept to delivery for performance socks.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Development, and Production.
• Drive design dates and gates within the GTM cycle.
• Contribute to seasonal color and pattern direction.
