Office of Juvenile Justice in Monroe, LA seeks an experienced Social Worker 7 to lead treatment services in a secure-care setting. You will supervise clinical staff, oversee treatment planning, and ensure delivery of evidence-based behavioral health services to youth.

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plus a MSW and five years of social services experience is required.

Qualifications

• LMSW or LCSW license required.
• Master's degree in social work and five years of social services experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to social services and treatment staff.
• Coordinate treatment planning, counseling services, staffing activities, and reintegration planning.
• Monitor case files and documentation for timeliness and completeness.
• Review progress notes and treatment records for consistency and quality of services.
• Participate in release, furlough, and complex case staffings and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Ensure youth receive appropriate psychological, psychiatric, and behavioral health services.
• Supervise intake, referral, and case management processes for youth receiving treatment services.
• Coordinate mental health services with contracted providers and monitor service delivery.
• Assist with designing and implementing therapeutic programs addressing youth treatment needs.
