Formación

• MSW degree required and licensure as LMSW or LCSW with supervisory experience.
• Experience in in-patient or out-patient mental health settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise and direct clinical activities of a behavioral health program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SW oversight and supervision for West and Central Units.
• Complete social work assessments and discharge planning; screen DD waiver consumers.
• Coordinate with DD waiver providers and manage 6 FTE staff and 2 part-time staff.
