Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited program.
• Current Georgia social work licensure (LCSW or LMSW).
• Minimum of one year post-graduate social work experience, preferably in crisis intervention or weekend settings.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine needs and develop intervention plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation services to individuals and families in distress.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans aligned with client needs and resources.
• Facilitate referrals to community agencies, healthcare providers, mental health services, and other supports.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and plans per state/agency regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to services.
