Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work required.
• 6 months–1 year of clinical social work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients needing social work interventions via case finding.
• Conduct social work assessments with patient/family involvement.
• Provide group and individual social work services for psychosocial needs.
