Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work.
• Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work and one year related experience.
• Valid North Carolina driver license required.
• Bilinguals encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced level casework, counseling and goal oriented services to adults adjudicated incompetent.
• Coordinate with guardians, families, and community resources to support well-being.
• Apply knowledge of medical, behavioral, and psychosocial problems to complex cases.
• Supervise, train, or instruct lower-level social workers, students, or interns when needed.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with related organizations.
