Job summary

Mercor is seeking senior social work professionals to build evaluation tasks for AI systems used in large human services and clinical settings. You will design scenarios, draft reference outputs, and write rubrics that reflect how senior clinicians and case management leaders think, with emphasis on ethics, mandated reporting, and multi-agency collaboration.

The role involves ownership of clinical caseloads or program-level service delivery, and requires experience with EHRs and interagency

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a licensed clinical social worker or senior case management professional.
• Direct ownership of clinical caseloads or program-level service delivery.
• Familiar with mandated reporting, interagency coordination and ethics/compliance.
• Experience with rubric or training material development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct social work scenarios spanning complex case assessment, multi-stakeholder care coordination, and crisis intervention or mandated reporting cycles.
• Build tasks across clinical social work practice, child and family welfare, healthcare/medical social work, substance use and mental health services, and community-based case management.
• Develop practice scenarios involving tools such as electronic health/case record systems (EHR, CCWIS), risk and needs assessment instruments, and interagency referral platforms.
• Apply social work frameworks (biopsychosocial assessment, trauma-informed care, strengths-based practice, NASW Code of Ethics) and produce reference case plans, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary team communications.
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic clinical and ethical judgment from generic textbook or policy-manual recall.
