Job summary

Mercor seeks senior social work professionals to design evaluation tasks for AI systems in large human services and clinical contexts. You will craft complex scenarios, draft reference outputs, and write rubrics reflecting senior clinicians’ decision processes.

Responsibilities include generating multi-stakeholder care coordination tasks, using EHR/CCWIS tools, and producing clinical documentation with ethical and legal considerations. Prior experience with rubric authorship is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as licensed clinical social worker or senior case manager in large organizations.
• Direct ownership of clinical caseloads or program-level service delivery.
• Fluency in social work practice standards and case management tooling.
• Knowledge of mandated reporting and interagency coordination.
• Experience with rubric or curriculum authorship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct social work scenarios spanning complex case assessment and multi-stakeholder care coordination.
• Develop crisis intervention and mandated reporting cycle tasks for AI evaluation.
• Create reference outputs, rubrics, and clinical documentation in line with NASW ethics.
• Draft case plans and interdisciplinary team communications for AI systems.
• Ensure scenarios reflect ethical and legal compliance across agencies.
