Qualifications

• 3+ years of social work experience with elderly adults required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid CA Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and support to Social Work staff.
• Oversee psychosocial assessments and plan coordination.
• Facilitates Interdisciplinary Team meetings.
