Job summary

Aquent partners with a visionary financial services firm to lead its social media presence. This role focuses on translating complex financial concepts into engaging content and driving strategic initiatives across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

You will develop scalable strategies, present insights in partner calls, and establish governance to ensure brand consistency while collaborating with content and PR teams.

Qualifications

• Strong background in social media, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for virtual partner meetings.
• 4–5+ years of social media strategy, execution, and content adaptation across multiple models.
• Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn and YouTube, plus scheduling and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a nimble, scalable social media strategy aligned with brand, campaign, and business priorities.
• Participate in virtual client-facing calls; present social designs, explain rationale, and extract key messaging goals.
• Establish social media guidelines, governance, and workflows to ensure brand consistency as presence grows.
• Translate complex financial topics into digestible content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Partner with content and MarComms teams to repurpose core content into social assets.
• Collaborate with creative resources to produce strong digital assets, including YouTube thumbnails and channel graphics.
• Plan, write, schedule, and publish day-to-day posts across all platforms.
• Monitor channel performance, engagement, and key metrics across platforms.
• Work with analytics leads to conduct content audits and refine tone, cadence, and visuals based on data.
• Stay current on platform best practices and management frameworks.
