This role blends content strategy, digital PR, brand building, and light paid media oversight to expand reach.

Qualifikationen

• 4–5+ years running social media strategy, content creation, and growth for a brand, creator, or agency.
• Hybrid role: strategic thinking plus hands-on copy, design, AI prompts, and posting.
• Excellent written and spoken English with business maturity.
• Deep understanding of communicating with mature, high-net-worth audiences (40–70).
• Up-to-date knowledge of Meta tools, LinkedIn, YouTube, and paid media setups.
• Attention to detail with zero publishing errors; fast, proactive communication.

Aufgaben

• Own the content strategy, social calendar, and execution across both brands (Wilkinson and Thriving Families).
• Direct in-house graphic designers and video editors with clear briefs and high QA before publish.
• Research industry trends and competitors to design scroll-stopping content for mature audiences.
• Manage paid social campaigns focused on top-of-funnel brand awareness (workshops and book funnels).
• Setup, test, and optimize Meta/social advertising to reach high-net-worth families.
• Utilize AI tools and prompts to streamline research, drafting, scheduling, and repurposing content.
• Digital PR & community outreach: identify influencers and partner brands for expansion.
• Oversee community health across platforms; engage thoughtfully in comments/DMs.
• Write polished copy for 40–70 year old demographics with clarity and minimal fluff.
• Ensure compliance approvals for investment-related content.
