Qualifications

• Master’s degree is preferred and demonstrates advanced expertise in social services.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in social services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Social Services department operations and supervise managers, coordinators, and staff.
• Ensure timely, coordinated client services and effective discharge planning.
• Maintain quality assurance through documentation reviews and audits.
• Support program compliance with contracts, grants, and regulatory requirements.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, community resources, and housing providers.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
