Arcadia Care is seeking a Social Services Director to oversee the Social Services department, ensuring psychosocial needs of residents are met in compliance with applicable regulations. • Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Detail oriented, computer literate and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the Social Services Department, and identify and provide for residents social, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Accurately assess, document and provide interventions to meet psychosocial needs of all residents.
• Develop care plans based on assessments.
• Maintain a quality working relationship with the medical profession and other health related facilities and organizations.
