Job summary

Christian Living Communities is seeking a Social Services professional to oversee day-to-day operations within a senior living community. The role coordinates care with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to meet psychosocial needs and support overall well-being.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's in Social Work, prefer a Master's, and demonstrate 2+ years in long-term care with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, plus strong English communication and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work required.
• Master's Degree in Social Work preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in long-term care preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Experience with computer word processing and database programs.
• Must read, write, and speak English; excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of Social Services in the community.
• Coordinate care between residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Assess and address psychosocial needs of residents.
• Assist in budgeting and policy development for Social Services.
• Provide information and referrals to residents and families.
• Interact with residents, families, and staff to resolve disputes and support resident well-being.
