Capital One in Richmond, VA seeks a Senior Marketing Associate to join the social team on U.S. Card Performance Marketing for Meta presence.

You'll help acquire customers through scoping tests, coordinating with platform partners, and ensuring precise execution of campaigns. The role requires 2+ years in paid social, experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Excel and Google Sheets, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in paid social marketing working with Meta platforms Facebook & Instagram.
• At least 1 year of experience trafficking Meta campaigns.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with channel team for planning and implementation of Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, following outlined process and flagging areas for potential process improvements
• Scope future tests with Meta team and channel team, thinking through the highest leverage ways to structure tests to achieve most valuable results, including: creative testing, audience testing, new placements, etc.
• Coordinate across internal teams including Compliance, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data, Technology etc. to execute Meta strategies end to end
• Partner with QA associate to maintain platform documentation, plan launch timings, and ensure following well managed processes
• Self-starter, strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new digital marketing and social media platforms and tools
• Create creative briefs to support upcoming tests and maintain channel creative library
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
• Ability to work with high-performing teammates, as well as partners across the enterprise
• Comfortable working with large data sets in Excel / Google Sheets + familiarity with common performance marketing metrics
• Strong ability to create presentations and clearly communicate through powerpoint/Google slides
