You will partner with leadership to shape engagement, influence, and reputational risk on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels.

This Washington, DC-based role blends onsite collaboration with flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in social media strategy or related fields with fluency in platforms and trends.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams and advising executives on social media best practices.
• Proven ability to partner with creative, marketing, and editorial teams to bring strategy to life.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across flagship ACS social platforms and new initiatives.
• Develop and execute a creator partnership roadmap and scalable engagement frameworks.
• Lead and develop a team of social media specialists with strategic direction and high-quality execution.
• Establish measurement processes using analytics, sentiment analysis, and listening to inform decisions.
