Empify is seeking a Senior Social Media & Growth Manager to own and scale the CEO’s personal brand and Empify’s social footprint. You will drive content strategy, oversee the YouTube channel and agency, and own revenue from social through lead generation, subscriptions, and ticket sales.
You will manage a hybrid team, craft the quarterly plan, and ensure on-brand quality while hands-on editing and posting when needed.
The Senior Social Media & Growth Manager owns the strategy, execution, and revenue performance of the CEO’s personal brand and Empify’s broader social presence across every platform. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role responsible for turning social media and content into a consistent, growing, revenue‑generating engine while directly managing the people, agency, and systems that bring it to life. The person in this role sets the strategy and personally executes it, so the CEO can show up as talent while the operation runs behind her.
You will work closely with the CEO to develop and own the content strategy and bring it to life across platforms, ensuring seamless distribution, optimization, and monetization. The CEO is a national speaker and financial educator operating at a fast pace, with frequent travel, public appearances, media features, and company campaigns. This role ensures that content from these moments is captured, organized, formatted, on‑brand, and strategically deployed to generate leads and revenue. You will own the number: leads, registrations, affiliate purchases, ticket sales, subscription growth, and revenue driven through social.
The Senior Social Media & Growth Manager is also responsible for owning all the CEO’s social media platforms, including her YouTube channel and the external agency overseeing it, developing and executing platform strategy, approving content and branding, directing video editors and the digital asset manager, and managing the Social Media & Content Coordinator. This role is equally strategic and hands‑on: you must be as comfortable building the quarterly plan and owning attribution as you are approving a description, directing an editor, and posting content. Strong revenue focus, strategic thinking, management ability, attention to detail, and a willingness to stay in the weeds are essential in this role.
The Senior Social Media & Growth Manager is responsible for the daily creation, execution, organization, and distribution of content across all major platforms, ensuring consistent publishing, timely engagement, and seamless implementation of approved strategies. This role supports campaign rollouts and maintains structured systems that keep marketing operations running efficiently. You will operate in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment alongside leadership and creative partners, where priorities may shift due to launches, events, travel, or revenue initiatives. Your work directly supports brand growth, audience engagement, and lead generation. The most critical responsibilities, but not limited to, are below:
Own the CEO’s YouTube channel and manage the external YouTube agency end to end including direction, deliverables, quality, and accountability, so the CEO only has to show up as talent. Approve video descriptions, titles, thumbnails, and branding, ensuring everything aligns with brand standards before publishing. Own YouTube strategy and execution to grow the channel and generate revenue, including selling additional Empify products and services and pushing affiliate and partner brands, while keeping the channel fully optimized and consistently growing.
Own the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and the WB App, translating the CEO’s brand and Empify’s offers into content that drives leads, sales, and revenue. Own the revenue and lead‑generation number from social, including qualified leads, free class registrations, subscription sign ups, ManyChat opt‑ins, link clicks, and ticket and product sales, with clear attribution directly correlating social activity to revenue for the business. Continuously test and launch new lead‑generation and conversion strategies each month.
Lead social strategy for the Cash Flow Creation Virtual Summit, our highest‑revenue period, driving ticket sales, creating excitement, and driving revenue to the subscription business. Ensure every Empify product is maximized to its highest ability across all platforms. Own attribution end to end to prove and grow social’s measurable contribution to revenue, and sequence content to offers, launches, and campaign deadlines.
Own and manage the team that brings the operation to life. This includes the Marketing Automation & Operations Coordinator who supports social automations, a Social Media & Content Coordinator, video editors, and working with the digital asset manager setting priorities, holding them to quality and turnaround, and stepping in when needed. Own the content calendar at least 30 days in advance and the SOPs and workflows that keep the operation organized and scalable. You are accountable for outcomes being delivered.
Personally create, write, approve, and publish content when needed, including captions, hooks, titles, and copy in the CEO’s brand voice, to standard and without heavy AI. Serve as the standard‑bearer for the CEO’s brand voice and visual identity, ensuring all content is visually clean, on‑brand, error‑free, and optimized before it goes live, and deny or correct anything below standard. This role is not hands‑off; someone who only wants to operate at a high level and delegate the actual work is not a fit.
Track performance and revenue on a weekly basis, tied to the role’s KPI scorecard. Report on audience growth, lead generation, engagement, and revenue attributable to social, identify what is and isn’t working, and bring data‑driven recommendations and new tests each month to continuously improve results.
This role directly owns revenue growth. Candidates must understand that content is a business function, not just a creative one, and must be willing to both set strategy and do the work.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or content strategy are a plus. Equivalent professional experience with demonstrated revenue results will be considered.
