Job summary

Empify is seeking a Senior Social Media & Growth Manager to own and scale the CEO’s personal brand and Empify’s social footprint. You will drive content strategy, oversee the YouTube channel and agency, and own revenue from social through lead generation, subscriptions, and ticket sales.

You will manage a hybrid team, craft the quarterly plan, and ensure on-brand quality while hands-on editing and posting when needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in social media growth and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to drive leads, sales, and revenue across major platforms.
• Experience managing external agencies and leading editors/contractors.
• Strong copywriting, video direction, and publishing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the CEO’s social strategy across platforms and revenue channels.
• Lead YouTube channel, external agency, and video/branding approvals.
• Drive lead generation, ticket sales, subscriptions, and revenue from social.
• Manage content calendar, SOPs, and cross-functional teams.
• Track performance weekly with KPI-driven reporting.
• Own attribution linking social activity to revenue.
