Qualifications

• 2+ years managing social media accounts at meaningful volume and scale.
• 1 year experience running paid social ads and reading campaign performance data.
• Proficiency with posting and editing tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and scheduling tools.
• Boating, outdoor recreation, or hospitality industry experience preferred, not required.
• Full-time work schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Content oversight across five platforms and Google Business Profiles; tailor assets and run ads behind top posts.
• Own the content calendar; ensure posts align with strategy and leverage trends.
• Lead email marketing efforts; draft and schedule emails; review analytics.
• Oversee boat listings online; ensure photos and descriptions are accurate.
• Occasionally produce hands-on content (stills, clips) for posts.
• Update the website events calendar weekly.
