Job summary

Firehouse Subs, part of RBI, is seeking a Social Media Sr. Analyst to create social content aligned with brand priorities across owned channels. You will manage editorial calendars, collaborate with creative agencies, and lead community engagement strategies to boost engagement and brand love.

Working onsite 5 days a week, you will partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure content excellence, cultural relevance, and platform-optimized performance across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media, digital content, or social strategy.
• Experience managing organic social content for a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of major platforms and evolving trends.
• Experience with social media management, publishing, and listening tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Experience mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media planning across owned platforms and translate campaigns into platform-native content.
• Develop and manage the organic social editorial calendar with agency partners.
• Oversee production of social assets across formats (static, video, short-form).
• Guide community management and ensure content aligns with brand voice and trends.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Advertising, PR, and Media teams for integrated campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize content strategy based on performance data.
