Ghalib Ashrafi is seeking a Social Media & Content Lead to own the end-to-end production for US client accounts. You will shoot, edit, caption, and manage comments across time zones with overlap hours for US clients, ensuring accessibility and regional localisation.

The role demands hands-on production, a strong portfolio, and the ability to influence strategy in a fast-paced, highly saturated market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running social for brands, agency or in-house.
• Portfolio demonstrating shooting and editing work.
• Ability to shoot and edit; portfolio matters more than CV.
• Comfort filming with clients and their customers.
• Judgement about what should never be automated or auto-replied.
• Able to work United States client hours from any location.

Responsibilities

• Take a brief from strategy through to shooting and editing, not to a stock library.
• Reply to the comments afterwards, because that is where the account is actually won.
• Compete in the most saturated attention market we work in, where posting cadence alone is not a strategy.
• Handle accessibility on every asset - captions and alt text are legal exposure here.
• Localise by region rather than treating the country as one audience.
• Say when a trend is wrong for the client, including when it would have performed.
