This hybrid role blends creative direction with operational delivery, shaping how clients show up online, maintaining posting calendars, and ensuring timely delivery across strategy, production, and editors.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, posting, or creative project coordination.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable being client-facing and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced creative environments.
• Bonus: Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Later, Planable, Sprout.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain content calendars across multiple creator and brand accounts.
• Handle daily posting and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X).
• Write engaging captions and post copy aligned with each brand’s tone and audience.
• Support campaigns tied to partnerships, launches, or brand collaborations.
• Join client calls and act as a communication bridge between clients and the creative team.
• Capture feedback from meetings and translate into deliverables for editors and designers.
• Track content and project deliverables inside ClickUp to ensure accountability and on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve posting consistency, workflow efficiency, and content performance.
