ADP is seeking a Social Content Manager to own day-to-day social programs for assigned client accounts. The role blends strategy and on-location shooting, editing and publishing, community management, and performance reporting.

You will travel to destinations to capture original photo and vertical video, edit fast cuts or finished pieces in Premiere, and publish across platforms using our publishing stack. A strong portfolio and 4+ years of social/media experience are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4+ years in social media or content production.
• Portfolio of vertical video you personally shot and cut.
• Working camera skills for field shoots and interview-style setups.
• Editing fluency in mobile tools and Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus.
• Ability to read platform analytics and translate into recommendations.
• Knowledge of content usage rights and FTC disclosure requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day social strategy and execution for assigned client accounts.
• Build content calendars tied to client goals and seasonality.
• Capture original photo and vertical video on location across destinations.
• Edit and finish content from quick mobile cuts to Premiere-driven pieces.
• Publish and schedule across platforms using publishing stack.
• Manage community engagement day to day and escalate as needed.
• Monitor performance and deliver reporting with insights and recommendations.
• Flag high-performing content for amplification with Directors and Paid Media.
• Brief and coordinate creators, manage asset rights and disclosures.
• Collect talent releases and location permissions in the field.
• Use AI-assisted tools within disclosure standards set by the Director.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, Paid Media, and Account teams.
• Present work, results, and recommendations to clients.
• Track platform changes and test opportunities worth running.
• Support new business with audits, samples, and proposals.
