Job summary

Publicis Groupe in New York is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee day-to-day execution of social content and creative production projects. You will collaborate with Production, Creative, Strategy, and other teams to keep projects aligned with brand, scope, and budget while ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires strong project management, proactive communication, and the ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple social content projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from briefing through delivery (timelines, budgets, stakeholders)
• Experience with organic social, social content, digital production, or integrated campaigns is strongly preferred
• Able to work under pressure and balance fast-moving production timelines

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a key contact across social, content, and production projects
• Plan and execute social-first projects from briefing through final delivery with cross-functional teams
• Lead campaign maintenance and address tracking, status, deliverables, and priorities
• Develop project schedules, trackers, timelines, and status reports across multiple workstreams
• Own delivery of assets, social content, and campaign documentation for launch
• Identify risks and dependencies and coordinate solutions with relevant teams
