Kendo Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Social Content Writer – Ole Henriksen to lead platform-native copy across TikTok, Instagram, email and more. You will work with the creative team to craft captions, hooks and scripts that fit each channel.

This role requires a strong social-first portfolio, fluency in AI writing tools, and the ability to drive content strategy, scale outputs and test messaging with speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of copywriting with a social-first portfolio.
• Written natively for social platforms (captions vs headlines).
• Fluent in AI writing tools and prompts.
• Understanding copy performance across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and email.
• Strong hooks and ability to stop a scroll.
• Some content strategy background; beauty experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Social captions written natively for each platform.
• Hooks and on-screen copy for TikTok and Reels content.
• Paid social copy headlines, body copy, and CTAs.
• Email and CRM copy, campaigns, SMS, variants, subject lines.
• Content strategy input and brand voice alignment.
• AI writing workflows—develop prompts and outputs for the team.
• Platform copy intelligence—analyze and optimize performance.
