The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of agency or brand experience, strong presentation skills, and a deep understanding of social trends.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years agency/brand experience in high-volume social output

Responsibilities

• Develop social and community marketing strategies for RFPs, pitches, and existing clients.
• Create Discord and other platform engagement that builds communities from ground up and grows existing ones.
• Distill strategy into digestible decks for clients and internal teams.
• Support client-facing day-to-day management and pitch meetings.
• Conceptualize social media concepts, recurring content series, and platform-native tactics.
• Coordinate between Strategy, Social, and Creative to guide campaign teams on channel tactics and placement.
• Research industry and cultural trends using social listening tools.
• Develop KPI frameworks and reporting aligning client goals with social ROI and community retention.
• Execute approved social strategies across the team.
