Job summary

Ursa Major Skincare is seeking a strategic, creatively minded Social Leader to own our brand's presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels. This role goes beyond posting; it's about crafting a distinctive voice and compelling stories that resonate with our wellness-focused audience.

You'll shape the editorial direction, lead a small social team, partner with the Creative and Growth squads, and drive engagement, brand affinity, and creator partnerships from Vermont to national

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience owning social for a premium, distinctive brand.
• Strong storytelling, creative instincts and strategic thinking.
• Experience leading a small social team and collaborating with brand creators.
• Wellness, lifestyle, fashion, outdoor or related category familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own social strategy, editorial direction and content calendar across channels.
• Develop social-first concepts and stories around brand, products and Vermont roots.
• Collaborate with creative team and founders to bring ideas to life.
• Build and nurture an engaged social community and creator network.
• Monitor cultural zeitgeist and adapt content to trends and competitors.
• Lead organic social support for launches, campaigns and events.
• Identify content with paid amplification opportunities with Growth.
• Use data to improve content and channel strategy over time.
• Partner with Creator Marketing to connect owned storytelling with creators.
• Over time, build and manage a small social team.
