Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead customer analytics efforts that guide strategy for QVC and HSN. You will develop customer targets through forecasting and file analytics in close partnership with senior leaders across the organization.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence in West Chester, PA several days per month and a strong track record in data visualization, predictive modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, engineering, business analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics.
• 2+ years of customer analytics experience (targeting, segmentation, LTV forecasting).
• 5+ years with data visualization tools (Tableau) and statistical computing tools (R, SPSS).
• 5+ years with analysis tools including Excel VBA, Python, and SAS.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer goal process with executives and finance partners.
• Report actual performance vs plan and forecast future results.
• Deliver ad-hoc projects for strategic and operational needs.
• Identify business trends and recommend data-driven responses.
• Use customer-centric data analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling to increase sales.
• Design analytic constructs to highlight under/over performing areas and help address them.
