Job summary

Eight And Four is expanding its US presence with a new Miami-based Social Account Manager role. You will oversee delivery of complex social content projects, collaborate with the Creative, Production, Performance and Strategy teams, and act as a key client contact for senior stakeholders.

You will lead on strategic social thinking, guide content development with creatives, and drive growth across large accounts while ensuring high-quality output and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have agency experience at an Account Manager level or equivalent.
• Background in social and content is required.
• Proven experience managing large or complex accounts in a leading role.
• Excellent project management capabilities and best-practice delivery.
• Confident and consultative approach with senior clients.
• Strong collaborator able to interface with internal specialists and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Client relations: main client contact on a large retained social account and liaising with stakeholders.
• Social and content: lead strategic thinking, ensure best-in-class content with creatives.
• Account delivery and growth: end-to-end delivery, balance teams, drive account health and growth.
• Opportunities: collaborate with senior teammates on proposals, pitches, and cross-discipline work.
