Qualifications

• 10+ years in SoC development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Ability to work with cross-functional groups and communicate effectively with executive and engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SSD controller project execution from architecture definition to production release
• Collaborate with IP design, firmware, validation, and system teams to ensure alignment
• Define and track project plans, achievements, and risks, driving mitigation plans
• Drive technical decision-making for SSD controller features including PCIe/NVMe and NAND interfaces
• Manage execution readiness, including specs, reviews, silicon debug, and customer enablement
• Communicate project status clearly to leadership with data-driven updates on progress and risks
