Job summary

Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Sr. SoC Power Engineer to model and estimate power from RTL to final netlist and drive power-reduction strategies for our ML accelerators.

You will collaborate with architects, designers, verification and physical design teams to define best practices and achieve high-accuracy power estimates for Inferentia and Trainium platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Proven power analysis experience across RTL to gate level netlists.
• Experience with power modeling and power integrity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform full chip power analysis from RTL to netlist.
• Develop dashboards for power rollups and reporting.
• Create vectors for IR and thermal analysis and power estimation.
• Provide feedback to RTL and Physical Designers to reduce power.
• Measure power in lab and compare with simulations.
• Collaborate with architects and designers across teams.
