Huntress Labs is seeking a Security Operations Center Manager to lead a global 24/7 team of security analysts. You will define processes, ensure 24/7 coverage, and mentor analysts to advance their careers across Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, and Threat Hunting.

In this role, you will partner with Product and other stakeholders, drive training programs, and optimize workflows to reduce burnout while scaling operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Security Analyst experience in a global 24x7 SOC with Windows forensics.
• 3+ years in team lead or managerial roles within an MSSP/MDR or IR service.
• Active involvement in the information security community.
• Continual learning of threat actor tradecraft and detection techniques.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce internal processes to reduce burnout and boost productivity.
• Manage global shift coverage for 24/7 operations year-round.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings to guide focus initiatives and career growth.
• Develop training programs for Digital Forensics, IR, Malware Analysis, and more.
• Prioritize new capabilities with Product teams to enhance analyst work.
• Ensure quality assurance and regional accountability.
• Collaborate with Support to streamline SOC-related workflows.
• Strengthen relations with Tactical Response, Threat Hunting, and Detection Eng.
• Provide technical leadership to SOC analysts.
• Align team goals with Huntress' mission and communicate with leadership.
• Input to Marketing, Sales, Support, and Product on SOC initiatives.
• Track and report on Objectives and Key Results for SOC focus areas.
• Operationalize new Huntress technologies and services.
• Participate in public speaking at webinars and in-person events.
