Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to model ML accelerators and SoCs. You will build end-to-end functional models in C++/SystemC, collaborate with RTL, design verification, and software teams, and drive tooling and performance improvements for scalable models.

You will join Annapurna Labs within AWS, contributing to high-quality silicon and software co-design. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and delivering reusable, well-documented software

Qualifications

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
5+ years of full software development life cycle including coding standards and reviews.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

Develop and own SoC functional models end-to-end, including architecture and testing.
Collaborate with architecture, RTL design, verification, emulation, and software teams.
Create tooling to simplify usage of SoC models for customers.
Improve model and infrastructure performance for scalability.
Develop maintainable, well-documented, tested, reusable software.
