Amazon is seeking a Senior Architecture Modeling Engineer for AWS Machine Learning Accelerators in Cupertino/Austin. You will develop end‑to‑end SoC functional models, collaborate with architecture, RTL, and software teams, and innovate tooling for customers.

The role emphasizes scalable modeling infrastructure and maintainable software. Required 5+ years in software development, leadership experience, and a BS in CS or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own SoC functional models end‑to‑end, including model architecture, integration with other model or infrastructure components, testing, and debugging.
• Work closely with architecture, RTL design, design verification, emulation, and software teams to build, debug, and deploy your models.
• Innovate on the tooling you provide to customers, making it easier for them to use our SoC models.
• Drive model and modeling infrastructure performance improvements to help our models scale.
• Develop software that can be maintained, improved upon, documented, tested, and reused.
