Serigor Inc. is seeking a SOC Analyst - Tier 3 to oversee a team of analysts and provide expert analysis of cybersecurity events within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years handling cybersecurity incidents in critical environments.
• Experience leading SOC analyses, incident response and coordination with teams.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and incident handling techniques.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to a team of SOC Analysts, monitoring and analyzing cybersecurity events.
• Escalate confirmed incidents to Incident Response Lead and coordinate remediation.
• Analyze large datasets of logs and alerts to identify threats and trends.
• Tune security tools and develop response procedures to reduce false positives.
• Ingest IOCs/IOAs and advise on containment and remediation steps.
• Prepare technical advisories and SOPs for SOC Analysts.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Produce runbooks and best-practice documentation for incident handling.
• Respond to inbound technical requests and coordinate with Incident Response Lead.
