Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a SoC Architecture and Design Engineer in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on RTL design, IP integration, and pre/post‑silicon support for next‑gen HBM SoCs.

You will work with architecture, design, verification, and firmware teams to deliver robust, high‑performance solutions. The candidate should have 15+ years in related fields, strong SystemVerilog skills, and experience with RTL‑to‑GDS flows and major EDA tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in related field.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog/Verilog and RTL design methodologies.
• Experience with RTL-to-GDS flow including synthesis and timing.
• Familiarity with Cadence, Synopsys, or Siemens EDA tools.
• Programming or scripting experience (Python, TCL, Perl, shell).

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and implement RTL for SoC‑level blocks and subsystems in HBM logic die.
• Integrate memory IP and other controllers, ensuring power/area/performance targets.
• Collaborate across architecture, design, verification, and PHYSICAL design teams.
