Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SOAR Engineer to design, implement, and optimize security automation solutions that improve threat response times and efficiency. You will collaborate with SOC, incident response, threat intelligence, and engineering teams to automate workflows and integrate tools across cloud environments.

You’ll mentor junior staff, contribute to automation standards, and stay current on security automation trends and best practices while delivering high-quality client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience in security automation or SOAR engineering.
• Hands-on experience implementing, administering, or developing solutions within enterprise SOAR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated security workflows to enhance security operations.
• Integrate security tools, data sources, and processes across the cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Develop playbooks for incident triage, enrichment, containment, remediation, and reporting.
