Job summary

Boyne Resorts’ Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Snowmaker III to operate the full range of snowmaking equipment on challenging terrain in all weather conditions. You will maintain and repair snow guns, record work orders, and troubleshoot systems to ensure high-quality snow.

This role includes training Snowmaker I and II staff and following strict safety protocols. The Wage range for this position is $27.00–$29.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of snowmaking experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Excellent communication for coordinating with operations teams and developing staff.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; related technical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowmaking equipment including fan guns and AWS units to cover terrain effectively.
• Perform standard maintenance and repair work on snow guns and record work orders accurately.
• Troubleshoot systems and respond to alerts from the control room.
• Orient and assist Snowmaker I staff with safe hookups and startup procedures.
