Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Senior Snowflake Administrator to manage and optimize its Snowflake data platform. You will oversee access, security, performance, and automation while partnering with technology and data teams to strengthen capabilities and enable new features.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and analysts to ensure secure, scalable data operations and contribute to best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years IT experience with Snowflake administration.
• 3+ years hands-on Snowflake management and security.
• Experience with Terraform, PowerShell or Python is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Snowflake accounts, access, roles, and security configurations.
• Optimize performance, query execution, and cost management.
• Automate routine platform activities and provisioning.
• Partner with data engineers and analysts to integrate Snowflake.
• Enforce security, encryption, and compliance across the environment.
• Diagnose issues and maintain documentation and training.
