Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Snowflake Engineer (Snowflake Cortex & Data Engineering) to lead enterprise analytics solutions in a remote US-based role. You will design scalable data solutions, build ingestion pipelines, and optimize performance with Snowflake governance and RBAC.

Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to surface trends, translate analysis into action, and support data warehouses and lakes with robust production monitoring and secure data practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of data engineering experience, incl. 2+ years in Snowflake.
• Proven SQL development for large datasets and complex queries.
• Experience with Snowflake stored procedures, UDFs, views.
• Strong Snowflake architecture and performance optimization knowledge.
• Secure Snowflake environments with RBAC experience.
• CI/CD practices and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
