BlueCloud, a Snowflake Elite Partner, seeks a Snowflake Engagement Manager to drive service opportunities with customers and internal teams. You will ensure scalable deployments, track key metrics, and identify upsell opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to the client.

The role requires 8–11 years in services delivery, strong communication and presentation skills, and deep experience in Data Warehousing, BI, and Cloud.

Qualifikationen

• 8–11 years in a services delivery or similar role.
• Track record of delivering PS revenue targets for a set of accounts.
• Direct experience in Data Warehousing, BI and/or Cloud.
• PubSec experience.
• Proven ability to communicate across design, engineering, marketing and business development.
• Strong presentation skills to senior level executives.

Aufgaben

• Be a project management expert on all aspects of the Snowflake implementation and related project types.
• Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance for Snowflake engagements.
• Own and communicate the operational relationship with assigned clients and roadmaps.
• Manage key client projects with status updates, risks and objectives.
• Collaborate with Practice Teams and Sales to enable delivery and support pursuits.
• Work with Customers, SI partners and Vendors on project progress and outcomes.
• Guide and resolve customer-specific project challenges and escalations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to improve Snowflake products.
