Job summary

Vanguard EMS, Inc. in Beaverton, OR, is seeking qualified electronics assembly personnel to support the SMT line, remove and replace SMT components on boards to specification, inspect work, and steward assets for shareholders.

The position requires following process documents, ensuring quality, working safely, and collaborating with production teams to meet daily goals. IPC certification and soldering experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic EMS environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience with electronic components preferred.
• IPC Certification preferred.
• Experience soldering lead‑free components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow process documents and workflow instructions.
