We value hands-on expertise with DEK, Panasonic, Fuji, Heller, and related equipment, plus a track record of Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving and CAPA implementation.

Qualifications

• 3erred years of SMT process engineering in electronics EMS/PCBA environments.
• Experience with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 quality standards.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving (DMAIC, 8D, A3).
• Experience with end-to-end SMT line ownership including printing, placement, reflow, and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of end-to-end SMT lines (printing, placement, reflow, SPI/AOI/X-ray).
• Drive NPI readiness and DFM reviews with customer teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, QA, maintenance).
• Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001; implement CAPA and root-cause investigations.
