Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years in the SMT industry and the necessary IPC certifications. The position offers both day and evening shifts, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the SMT industry.
• Experience with Screen Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, and AOI.
• Must have knowledge or certification in IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate SMT equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Setup and monitor SMT processes to ensure quality.
• Document and report non-conforming materials.

Education
