Job summary

ZemiTek, LLC seeks experienced Subject Matter Experts to support the CA/PPT headquarters with specialized technical or functional expertise. You will assess issues, develop practical recommendations, and help implement improvements aligned with mission needs.

Ideal candidates combine deep subject knowledge with strong analytical judgment and clear communication skills, capable of translating complex information into actionable guidance for leadership.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of relevant professional experience or a Master’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Active Secret personnel security clearance.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical or functional expertise to support mission requirements, operational efficiency, and compliance.
• Assess processes, identify gaps, risks, and practical improvements.
• Analyze complex problems and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Support implementation of approved improvements with stakeholders.
• Produce and review technical documentation reflecting subject area knowledge.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership through written products and briefings.
