Business Network Consulting - BNC is looking for a Senior IT Consultant based in Dallas, Texas. This full-time position involves advising and managing technology for small-to-medium businesses, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and virtualization.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of consulting experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of consulting experience, preferably in the SMB space.
• 5+ years serving in a senior engineer role.
• 5+ years experience with multiple Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Exchange, Azure, etc.
• 5+ years of advanced virtualization experience, preferably VMWare.
• 5+ years of network design and optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and craft timelines.
• Identify areas to improve clients' systems and pitch solutions.
• Act as the main IT resource for assigned clients.
• Provide sound advice and support for technology issues.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding.
